CuePrep is a spaced repetition learning platform that helps you study and retain information for standardized tests and professional exams.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Don't share your login credentials with others.
Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. One-time plans give you access for the period shown when you buy. Lifetime plans don't expire. You can cancel a renewing plan anytime from your account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewal charges aren't covered. A refund ends your access to that plan.
Don't misuse our service. This includes: attempting to access others' accounts, scraping content, or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
Study content on CuePrep is owned by us or our licensors. Your personal study data belongs to you.
CuePrep is provided "as is". We're not liable for any indirect damages or test outcomes. We do our best, but can't guarantee specific results.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
